Here’s my entry for the first day of the Pre- Spring challenge as organised by mommy loves nail polish and polish alcoholic This is the first time I’ve participated in a nail art challenge, but it’s something I’m really excited to do, as hopefully it will encourage me to try new things and other people’s entries will give me lots of inspiration!
I’d been meaning to try a chevron design for a while and now seemed like the perfect opportunity to do it. I followed this tutorial although of course it’s an easy design to do. I was pleased with the result even if I haven’t quite mastered the perfectly crisp lines that I know are achievable with tape!
I used: Yellow – Sweets Sweet, Sand Dune – Ciaté, Sumner Place – Nails Inc.

Great design and the colors work amazingly together! I love the gold with the darker and pale yellow polishes. And the pic with the lemon is really cute!
Thanks – I like trying to have interesting photos for my nail art pics and the lemon was a natural choice for the yellow challenge!
